There’s something about this latest RAGE trailer that’s just a little different to the videos id Software and Bethesda have released in the past. Something very calm. Something very confident.
Where previously released trailers for RAGE have been in-your-face, explosive extravaganzas, this new trailer has an air of casual certainty about it. Where previously released trailers for RAGE have seemed desperate in their attempts to ‘wow’ us with visual opulence, this new trailer strides forward with determined purpose.
This trailer is for a game of quality and comes from a place of confidence.
It wouldn’t be a good videogame trailer without a few explosions and graphical set-pieces, but this latest showing for id Software’s RAGE isn’t desperate anymore. It’s merely revealing a game that we’ll all be playing in October:

Comments:
Really looking forward to this game (even though it is another FPS). Hopefully in won't be another flop like Brink, Duke Nukem or any of the other overhyped rubbish released this year.
