We’ve been predicting it for a while now following the game’s dominant showing earlier this year, but now that there’s little to no resistance from brand new triple-A games, Zumba Fitness is free to reign over Chart Track’s UK Software Sales listing.
For the third week in a row (and the sixth week, total), the little fitness game that could has once again topped the UK sales chart, ahead of heavy hitters like LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean and LA Noire.
Those two games have to be content with appearances at No. 2 and No. 3 respectively (LEGO is up three places and LA Noire is down one), while relatively new release FEAR 3 steps down one place to No. 4 this week. Virtua Tennis 4, meanwhile, continues to zoom up the chart thanks to the currently-on-the-go Wimbledon tournament, and paces it up to No. 5 from No. 20 last week.
Transformers: Dark of the Moon is up to No. 6 from a lowly No. 17 placing last week, as DiRT 3 takes a bit of a tumble down to No. 7 from No. 4.
Top Spin 4 also enjoys a slight Wimbledon boost up two places this week to No. 8, Brink is a non-mover at No. 9 and FIFA 11 has to make way for other popular sports games by stepping down to No. 10 from No. 7.
