Following its timed exclusive release on Xbox 360 in late June, the Annihilation map pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops is now available for PlayStation 3 owners of the game!
Treyarch community manager Josh Olin posted a message on Twitter a little while ago confirming the news:
“Looks like [Call of Duty: Black Ops Annihilation] is rolling out on PS3 now. It may take more time in some regions, but it’s happening!”
There have been further reports that the five-part multiplayer map pack has become more widely available, and it should be up for purchase and download either through Black Ops or the PlayStation Store right now.
Look forward to a multi-platform Double XP weekend starting tomorrow, July 29th, in celebration of the map pack’s release on both PlayStation 3 and PC.
What do you get in the Annihilation map pack? For $15 you’ll snag yourself four all-new multiplayer maps, as well as a brand new zombie mode map.
