Update Sony has confirmed that this bonus content will be available across Europe as well End of Update

Sony has revealed that the ICO and Shadow of the Colossus Collection will include bonus content when it arrives on North American shelves this September.

In addition to the two games, now will “full 1080p HD and stereoscopic 3D support, 7.1 surround sound, and full PSN Trophy support,” you’ll also get bonus content on the disc:

• A voucher for two XMB Dynamic Themes, one for ICO and one for Shadow of the Colossus
• Exclusive video content from ICO, Shadow of the Colossus and The Last Guardian on the disc itself

The ICO and Shadows of the Colossus Collection will be available across the US on the 27th of September for $39.99. It will arrive one day later in European territories on the 28th of September, although there’s no word on whether this bonus content will be included or not.
