There’s no stopping Zumba Fitness!
The game has once again claimed the No. 1 spot on Chart Track’s UK Software Sales listing this week, with a massive 33% increase in sales over the week previous.
Interestingly, Chart Track says that this past week represents the second highest sales week for Zumba Fitness, and outsold games appearing in the next three positions combined. Chart Track goes on to explain that the game’s best sales week earlier this year only allowed it to reach No. 2 on the chart, after Crysis 2.
What are those next three games that Zumba Fitness managed to outstrip in terms of unit sales this week?
LA Noire (sales down 15%) moved up two positions to reach No. 2 this week, as debut title FEAR 3 appears at No. 3 and DiRT 3 (sales down 11%) steps up to No. 4 from No. 7.
LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean (sales down 21%), meanwhile, moves up one place to NO.5, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D (sales down 69%) slips down from No. 2 to No. 6 and FIFA 11 (sales up 2%) jumps to No. 7 from No. 10.
Duke Nukem Forever (sales down 61%) falls to No. 8 from No. 3, Brink (sales down 48%) drops four places to No. 9, and Top Spin 4 (sales up 98%) leaps and bounds to No. 10 from No. 28 thanks to the currently on-the-go Wimbledon tournament.
Other titles making their debut appearance on the chart this week include Transformers: Dark of the Moon at No. 17, and Shadows of the Damned at No. 31.
