The full announcement for Ubisoft’s next game in the Assassin’s Creed series is still quite a ways away if information on the official Facebook page is anything to go by, but until that reveal we’re going to have to remain content with a series of videos the publisher has been releasing to further tease and entice us.

This third video was recently unlocked and contains a bit more bare information than the previous two teasers, and even includes a possible date relating to events in the Assassin’s Creed timeline – 24.06.1459.

Unfortunately that date doesn’t match up with this year’s E3 where we’ll most definitely discover more information about the game (E3 takes place a couple weeks before… here in 2011, at least), so perhaps a little digging will reveal what may have happened on this date.
