Bioware recently revealed that the developer’s latest epic action RPG, Dragon Age II, has past the magic ‘one million units sold’ mark and as a result the company is holding a massive celebration by giving away free copies of Mass Effect 2 PC to owners of Dragon Age II!
“Thanks to gamers like you, Dragon Age II is off to a great start – breaking the 1 million mark in less than two weeks and faster than Dragon Age: Origins,” wrote Bioware on its website. “We appreciate your support.”
“As a special thank you for helping with the game’s early success,” the post continued, “BioWare would like to present you with a download code for 2010’s Game of the Year, Mass Effect 2 on PC.”

You can head on over to Bioware’s site to get the instructions on how current and future Dragon Age II owners can land a free copy of last year’s amazing Mass Effect 2
The most important information from the site, though, is that you’ll need to take advantage of the offer before the end of April 30th 2011, and that even if you have an Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 version of Dragon Age II, you’ll still be eligible for the PC (digital download) of Mass Effect 2.
