It’s another chart-topping performance for Zumba Fitness from 505 Games, placing itself at No. 1 for the second week in a row against heavy-hitting opposition.
Sales for Zumba Fitness are only down by 8 percent overall this week, which is good enough for the top spot, and even though the Wii version of the game dropped by 10 percent in sales, this version accounted for 90 percent of units sold, with the older Xbox 360 iteration (sales up 14%) snapping up the rest.
And so it was up to LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars (sales down 12%) to step up to the challenge, charting at No. 2 this week from No. 3, while Crysis 2 (sales down 32%) swapped places with this title to appear at No. 3.
FIFA 11 (sales up 88%) charges back into the coveted Top Ten on the back of a retail promotion to sit at No. 4 from No. 12 last week, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 12: The Masters (sales down 11%) steps down one place to No. 5, and Homefront (sales down 8%) is a non-mover at No. 6.
Pokemon Black Version (sales up 17%) and Pokemon White Version (sales up 13%) both move up one place each to chart at No. 7 and No. 8 respectively, Call of Duty: Black Ops (sales up 62%) shoots its way back into the Top Ten from No. 13 to place at No. 9, and SHIFT 2 Unleashed (sales down 46%) rounds out the listing at No. 10, tumbling down from No. 5 last week.
Michael Jackson: The Experience re-emerges at No. 15 (sales up 324% thanks to the release of the latest Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions), as the Xbox 360 version accounts for 64% of overall sales for this dancing game from Ubisoft.
