Atlus USA answered our prayers by taking the decision to publish the slightly controversial, niche title Catherine. It’s a game by the creators of the acclaimed Persona series, and is due for release on Xbox 360 and PS3 in the 3rd quarter of 2011. Unfortunately, no European publisher has stepped up to the plate as yet.

In an innovative move, Atlus USA has posted a clip on YouTube asking people to post video responses to a series of questions relating to some of the themes the game will explore.

The first question is “Do you want to get married?”

Your responses must be filmed in 720P resolution, and the closing date is April 22nd 2011. You must also be a resident of the U.S. or Canada to be eligible.

Atlus USA intends to use snippets of participants’ responses in an upcoming trailer for the game.
