The release of Zipper Interactive’s SOCOM 4 (or SOCOM: Special Forces in Europe) is just around the corner and is due to hit store shelves over the week of April 19th in North America and Europe, so naturally we’re going to start seeing a bit more chatter from the developer regarding its next realism-based military shooter.
In this video developer diary, members of Zipper talk about this realism, and the focus on an authentic experience with a well-told story wrapped around the gunfire, explosions and covert operations, while also discussing the reactive artificially intelligent enemies and how you’ll need to use your team to defeat these wily foes.
