Not much to see here…
We’re not going to lie: There isn’t whole ton of new games or even downloadable content releasing this week, but despite currently being engaged in its death throes, 2011 still has a few morsels to offer up to gamers:
Releasing in North America: December 6th
- Just Dance 3 (PlayStation 3 and Move)
- Mario Kart 7 (3DS – Released December 4th)
- The Adventures of Tintin (PS3, Xbox 360, PC, Wii, DS)
Releasing in Europe, the UK and South Africa: December 8th and December 9th

- December 7th: Trine 2
PlayStation Network (PlayStation 3 and PSP)
Dragon Age II – Dragon Age II thrusts players into the role of Hawke, a penniless refugee who rises to power to become the single most important character in the world of Dragon Age. Known to be a survivor of the Blight and the Champion of Kirkwall, the legend around Hawke’s rise to power is shrouded in myth and rumor.
Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit – The game features Need for Speed Autolog where players compare racing stats and automatically get personalized gameplay recommendations from their friends. Need for Speed Hot Pursuit players can also experience the thrill of the chase and the rush of the escape as they play through full careers as both a cop and a racer – solo or connected. The high speed busts and heart-stopping getaways are all connected via Need for Speed Autolog.
Wanted Corp. – Traversing dangerous terrain through four different campaigns, players wield a variety of weapons and kinetic powers – machine guns, grenades, telekinesis, protective shields and lightning – to eliminate or arrest more than 26 various kinds of enemies including fierce bosses, sentry robots and mechanical spiders.
PSone Classics
- Final Fantasy VI – Ages ago, evil beings created powerful creatures called Espers and unleashed them against each other. The resulting battles turned their world into smoldering rubble. Legend has it that the Espers destroyed themselves and most of humanity. Magic disappeared forever. Centuries have passed, and a rational world now exists with Espers living only in myths. Suddenly, after an ancient frozen Esper is unearthed, there are reports of magic attacks on civilians. Imperial Commandos launch raids using magic-powered MagiTek weapons. Magic is obviously alive, and the world is in danger again.

Can't wait for the Battlefield 3: Back to Karkand Expansion Pack to go live on the 360. Its going to be awesome. Can't wait for the official Metro style Xbox 360 dashboard to be released tomorrow. Going from beta to Final is awesome. more goodies.
Oh yes, didn't add the Dashboard update! Thanks POItjie - couldn't see the forest for the trees, if you know what I mean ;)
@Oliver, its cool. You can maybe to an full article about it later on or give me some freebies ;)
Poitjie i can give you a free stab in the neck on Battlefield if you like. When i get home tomorrow 18:30 i still need update my console before i can play games. I wish to can bring out a update that let you switch on your console by remote to download stuff via your windows phone or xbox.com.
They are bringing out a app for windows mobile 7, its called the companion app, but i don't think it will let you turn your machine on. Would be nice if you could turn it on.
I am so looking forward to Back to Karkand Expansion Pack, and i now know why we wont see the BF3 update on the 6th its because of the dash update for the 360, rather smart if you think about it.
I was just thinking the same thing Smuroh. I really can't wait for the final release dashboard as the preview is awesome and the expansion pack for BF3 is going to be really good, I can see me killing and dying so much on the new maps.
YES! i also need some Karkand to get my interest back to BF3... its been waning a bit with soo many other games to play... this will be kick-ass!
