On the back of a full reveal of a new downloadable Alan Wake adventure in the form of Alan Wake’s American Nightmare, Remedy Entertainment has today announced that the studio’s original Xbox 360 action thriller will be making its way to the PC early next year.
Remedy will release Alan Wake to PC gamers in the first quarter of 2012, and will come standard with the game’s two sets of downloadable content (The Signal and The Writer) as well as “the high resolution polish that longtime [Remedy] fans will expect.”

Yes! This doesn't really affect me cause I've already played and finished it on Xbox, but now my PC friends will see why I couldn't shut up about this game while I was playing it \o/
this is really good new for PC gamers, I've started playing this game on the Xbox and the bit I've played was awesome. Can't wait to dig into it more in the close future.....Xmas Holiday here I come
I hope they do a good port and make sure the controlls work correctly, ive seen a few games that were ported that just messed up the whole experience
