Final Fantasy XIII-2 is out this Thursday in Japan and Square Enix is making sure us Westerners don’t feel left out of the loop. The publisher has released a very informative trailer for Final Fantasy XIII-2 highlighting all the in-game features which are likely to appeal to both fans of the series as well as newcomers to this stylish JRPG franchise.
One of the great things about the trailer is that it constantly shifts between PS3 and Xbox 360 footage, providing a brief look at both versions’ visuals. Square Enix has assured Xbox 360 fans that their version won’t be compromised as was the case with Final Fantasy XIII, and this seems an accurate assertion based on what’s shown in the trailer.
Look out for lots more Final Fantasy XIII-2 coverage on El33tonline as we approach the game’s North American (January 31st) and European (February 3rd) release dates.

This game looks visually stunning. you guys just getting me more interested in this game. never before was i this excited or interested in a FF game. but this one looks really good.
maybe you will like this one. have you played a turn-based RPG before?
I actually never played a turn-based RPG before. any suggestions for me to try?
well, the old final fantasy games have great storylines but the battles are a bit slow. crisis core on psp is a good one to try out since it uses some of the same basic actions (attack, magic etc.) as in final fantasy xiii-2. if you like that and kingdom hearts: birth by sleep (also on psp) then you'll probably appreciate final fantasy xiii-2 - a few of the square enix staff worked on all three.
Cool, I'll give some of those PSP titles a go. just maybe these type of games will grab me.
if your looking for a good one on xbox then get Encharted Arms.
Cool thx, will see if I can get hold of Encharted Arms.
