Sony revealed the launch line-up for the PS Vita for Europe during a PlayStation Vita event in London last night.
The list of first party games that will be available for the PS Vita when it launches across PAL territories on the 22nd of February were revealed to include:
- Uncharted: Golden Abyss
- WipEout 2048
- Reality Fighters
- Little Deviants
- ModNation Racers: Road Trip
- Everybody’s Golf
- Escape Plan
- Gravity Rush
- Hustle Kings
- MotorStorm RC
- Top Darts
- Super StarDust Delta
Sony also revealed a hefty list of other games that are in development for the PS Vita - head over to the PlayStation Blog to view the full list, which includes games from Ubisoft, Sega, Namco Bandai, Warner Bros, Take Two, Activision Blizzard and Capcom.
A few surprise titles were also unveiled, including Unit 13, a new third-person shooter from Zipper Interactive, and MotorStorm RC, a remote-controlled racing game from Evolution Studios.
Other news coming out of the event was that Flickr would be joining Twitter, Facebook and FourSquare in Social Essentials, the PS Vita’s gateway into social media channels.
Another exciting announcement was that six Augmented Reality markers will be available at launch, with three games available to download from the PlayStation Store for free. Augmented Reality is “one of the directions open to PS Vita developers”, and the incredible AR technology video below was show to showcase how these are going to be used.
