There are plenty of CG movies released every year but very few of them cater primarily to an older audience. I try to watch the films which fall into this category (from Resident Evil: Degeneration to Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children) partly for their entertainment factor and partly because they offer a tantalising glimpse into the future of video game graphics.
The latest CG film to pique my interest is Tekken: Blood Vengeance - a stylish, action-orientated affair based on the well-known fighting franchise.
Namco Bandai has posted the first 7 minutes of the film on YouTube for your viewing pleasure. You can enjoy the preview in Full HD with either English or Japanese voice-overs (and optional subtitles in nine languages).
This generous act is to raise awareness for the upcoming PS3-exclusive compilation Tekken Hybrid, which includes Tekken Tag Tournament HD, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Prologue and a 3D-compatible version of Blood Vengeance - all on one Blu-ray disc.
Tekken Hybrid releases on November 22nd in North America and a day later in PAL territories.

I want more show me more. This is a must get on Bluray for me. I love movies like this and it looks really awesome. HD is the only way to enjoy these movies to the max. When will it be available in SA. I have to have it.

awesome. they say its a 3D animated movie. I hope it just means its CGi and not a 3D movie where you need 3D glasses etc. I have to have it. Its going to be really awesome.
what they mean is that it's CG and is 3D compatible - meaning you can watch it in 3D if you have the correct setup. you can also watch it in 2D if you like. definitely going to be checking it out myself!(-:
wow this looks good i wonder if it follows the tekken 6 story line or is just a filler for the next game....and i need to get my hands on tekken 6, cant wait for this to come out
@Tom - I thought it would be that. Wish I had a 3D setup at home. Would love to give Halo CEA a try in 3D. So going to get this movie.
I also need to get Tekken 6. sigh, so many games i want and need.
