If you’re one of the millions of gamers who just so happened to pick up The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim over the last week, you’ll be glad to know that developer Bethesda Softworks is hard at work on an all-format patch to address a number of issues that have cropped up.
Bethesda’s VP of PR and Marketing Pete Hines recently posted on Twitter:
“We will fix as much as we can for your platform. I don’t know if it will fix “your” bug. Takes a while to test/fix/regress. Hang in there.”
This was followed up by another reassuring message from Hines:
“We are continuing to work on an update for all platforms to address any bugs and [performance] issues we can.”
If you’re feeling a little impatient about the prospect of patching up Skyrim, then Hines is asking players to “Calm down” because “patches/updates take a little time. We can’t turn it around quite that fast.”
No timeframe for the release of the patch has been provided, nor a list of issues addressed offered, but we’ll keep our eyes out for new information

Interesting, but they have a point and as long as they are letting ppl know that they are working on the issue and keep everyone updated then ppl cant complain, i have to get this game, the hype on it is huge and everyone seems to love it
Everyone should just be happy that they know the game has issues and they working on it to fix the issues. I don't have the game YET, but the patch might be out when i get it. I know some people had a glitch where a arrow got stuck to the player for no reason.
