There have already been plenty of awesome collector’s editions this year, and this trend seems set to extend well into 2012 if the one for Final Fantasy XIII-2 is anything to go by. Yesterday Square Enix lifted the lid on the game’s limited edition bundle which is exclusive to the US.
Final Fantasy XIII-2 Collector’s Edition is now available to pre-order for $79.99 (twenty dollars more than the standard price). Besides the game, you’ll get a 4-disc soundtrack, 20-page book filled with concept art and a stylish hardcover case illustrated by famed Japanese artist Yoshitaka Amano.
Be sure to check out our previous coverage of Final Fantasy XIII-2 in anticipation of the game’s January 31st North American launch (PAL territories get it three days later).

That looks really nice. but sadly I'm not a big Final Fantasy gamer so I'll give this one a skip, I'll rather wait for the Diablo 3 CE. That is so freakn sweet.
I agree! Looks awesome but will give it a skip. I lost interest after FF8. For me that was the best one ever! Diablo3 on the other hand looks great! CE here I come!
