Sony is giving its North American customers an opportunity to pick up PS Vita a week before its official launch on February 22nd by means of the ‘First Edition Bundle’. This means you can be playing on your very own PS Vita as early as February 15th next year. This pre-order offer is currently only available at Amazon but may also be extended to other retailers in the coming weeks.
The bundle is priced at $349.99 and offers good value for money as it includes the 3G/Wi-Fi PS Vita model, a limited-edition case, a 4GB memory card and a copy of Little Deviants. The 3G/Wi-Fi PS Vita costs $299.99 on its own while the game will set you back $39.99 if you purchase it separately.
The size of the memory card - 4GB - is a little small when you consider that the digital version of Uncharted: Golden Abyss will just manage to squeeze onto it. Hopefully other companies like SanDisk will offer PSV memory cards at cheaper prices than Sony, so buying a card which can hold a few games on it won’t cost you an arm and a leg.

I so want one of these unit. The PS Vita is a beautiful piece of technology... Great bundle....
it's great that the psv is region free. you could import this bundle and the only issue would be claiming the guarantee and the charger using a different electrical standard. $350 still works out cheaper than the R3300 kalahari are asking for the standalone unit, right?
I forgot this unit is Region free. Thank you for reminding me. But I'll have to wait a while before i can buy it......
