Imagine a world where any surface - not only floors, but walls and ceilings too - could be augmented by gravity at any time to become a new place to walk. Imagine a world where gravity itself was able to be toggled on and off as you please.
In Inversion from Namco Bandai, an upcoming third-person shooter set on an alien-invaded Earth, this world is a reality and by the looks of the latest trailer, this makes for some highly intriguing gameplay possibilities and potentially epic set-pieces:

Comments:
this games looks like ti could be allot of fun, i see a lot of bullet storm in it though
I'm just hoping the gravity thing doesn't end up being too gimmicky. For some reason it reminds me a lot of that LucasArts third-person shooter, Fracture... which isn't a good thing, in my mind.
I like what I'm seeing so far, though, and there definitely seem to be a few new gameplay features as a result of controlling gravity, so I'm looking forward to it.
This game looks really good. It looks like a combination of Prey (the first one), Bulletstorm and with Uncharted 3rd person view.
I'll have to look into this game more.
I see gears of war, bulletstorm and army of two in this one. graphics looks mad and gameplay looks very interesting. This could be a great game if they pull it off right
