DICE offers a few more morsels of interesting Battlefield 3 beta information:
“Did you know that if we had an empty 9mm casing for every shot fired in the Open Beta, we would have enough brass to melt and build almost 3,900 SU-27 Flanker jets? Okay, Flankers are not made out of brass, but still.”
But still!

I'm so glad i was part of the Beta, the game is going to be freakn awesome. Sad we have to wait till the 28th for it. Would have loved to have it on the 25th.
I luckily managed to get some time on during the final weekend of the beta, and it's really good, I agree. That map (Metro) may not have been the best to showcase the game, but with all of those other revealed maps, there's going to be something for everybody.
I do hope, though, that every map has that particular feeling of progression in Rush, moving in-between three distinct areas to completion. Makes it feel as though you're moving towards your objective.
I have to agree, the maps are awesome. can't wait to give them all a try. the flow of the matches is so fast and full of action a 20min match feels like 2min. can't wait to give the COOP and SP a try.
This game is going to be awesomeness.
I was part of those 47 billion shots, just sounds so fricken awesome.....cant wait for the game
I was one of the 1.5billion registered kills. i think i might have been part a 10% of all the kills, as i died a bit in the game. The game is going to be awesome. getting enough practice in Bad Company 2
And I was part of those 1.5 billion kills... ;)
And one of those dog tag losses (someone managed to knife me, right in the back ;( ).
i got knifed a good couple of times, as I'm always on the frontline and in the mids of the action
i was part of the 10.Million lag kills hahahaha, i think they change Operation Metro map, maybe moved the Mcom boxes
strange enough i never suffered from lag in BF3...so I'm happy with that. I just had a really good session in Bad company 2 but will stop for now....
I was there!
