Demo for The Cursed Crusade now available on Xbox LIVE
A demo for The Cursed Crusade is now available on Xbox LIVE. The demo allows you to enjoy some of the two player co-operative adventure that the game promises to deliver.
In addition to this two-player co-op mode, The Cursed Crusade also includes both local split-screen and online support. The game will include 40 missions, over 130 weapons and more than 90 combos.
The game sees Denz and Esteban journeying across western Europe in the newly begun Fourth Crusade. As soldiers they must seek deliverance from a “terrible curse that threatens to consume their immortal souls.”
Intriguing.

I've just added this to my Download Q on my Xbox. this looks like a really cool game. Smuroh, you need to download it as well as we need to test the coop. (Seems like I spend a lot of time on this site, as i read the post as they hit the site. Big Fan i am, as Yoda would say)
i got only 3gig of data left :( so cant download anything til end of the month :'( so is the co-op like a top-down camera view? i dont like that, i like having my own screen, know what i mean POItjie :)
Do you have an ADSL line fletbed? If you do I can hook you up with 3GB from Afrihost if you like...you have until the 15th to redeem it.
@POltjie How about you guys test the co-op and write a hands-on impressions of the demo for the site? We can do a feature post if you like...
well Lisa that is really awesome and sweet, but we are 3g with the 8ta 10gig promo. :( . that would have been awesome Lisa. maybe we can redeem the code at our friend and download it there. he is afrihost.
Lisa such a kind lady :') (tear in my eyes) but me and my bro using 3G. :)
Cool, no problem guys. I have sent a code on, just in case...hopefully you can make a plan :) Let me know if you have any issues with redeeming it.
i love you Lisa!!!!! :') did i say that out too loud?
thank you Lisa, will check my email. you are such a doll. oh my goodness me and my bro wipping our tears off now and eating icecream as we speak :'/.
Downloading anything is not a problem as i'm lucky enough to have uncapped ADSL.
@Lisa, we will check it out and email you the review of the coop.
Top down view is kinda cool, @fletbed Have you ever tried Alien Swarm on Steam?? its a free game and supports 4 Player COOP. its a very awesome sweet game. Would love to see it come to XBLA.
yea POItjie Alien Swarm i liked alot coz there you can go seperate ways without having to wait for the other players :) Alien Swarm on xbox would be awesome :)
just sad the game Dead Nation is only on the PS3. That game was just like Alien Swarm but just with zombies. I need COOP help with that game. but i don't play that much on my PS3 online and i don't have a second controller. They should bring more games like that out. The original game that was like that was TAKE NO PRISONERS. its really old and was the first game to be like this.
I remember Take No Prisoners, I really enjoyed it. Never finished it, though, I got stuck somewhere and couldn't find out what to do in order to get any further in the game.
What I liked about it was that it was a full scale game with exploration and advancement in the fashion of the big-name FPSes of the time, rather than just an arena based curiosity like a lot of the top down shooters are nowadays.
Should see if we can't remake Take No Prisoners for XBLA/PSN. The game was really awesome. Not many people know about it. Its sad actually. Just glad somebody else remembered it.
