NPD Report: Top ten best-selling games for 2010 in the US revealed
Now that 2010 has been capped with the release of December NPD sales data, and following difficult calculations like addition, subtraction, division and multiplication, and the storing of this data in a time machine for future calculations, we can have a look at the top-selling games of 2010.
If you follow these numbers on a monthly basis, then there won’t be any surprises… save for one. Possibly. Have a look at the top-ten best-selling games of 2010 in the US below:
- 1.) Call of Duty: Black Ops (Activision Blizzard) - Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, PC, DS – (over than 12 million units sold)
- 2.) Madden NFL 11 (Electronic Arts) - Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, PS2, PSP
- 3.) Halo: Reach (Microsoft) - Xbox 360
- 4.) New Super Mario Bros. Wii (Nintendo) - Wii
- 5.) Red Dead Redemption (Take-Two Interactive) - Xbox 360, PS3
