TikGames and Creat Studios have teamed up yet again to bring another title to the PlayStation Network. This time round you can look forward to an arcade style, side-scrolling aerial combat game called Skyfighter.

The good news for European gamers is that Skyfighter is available on the European PlayStation Store today for €9.99. The game will be available to download in North America next month for $9.99.

You can look forward to joining the elite Skyfighter airborne squadron and engaging in “fast-paced, side-scrolling airborne battles” in a variety of aircraft, ranging from “light, maneuverable fighters to the devastating flying fortress.”

Learn to pilot aircraft in different weather conditions and participate in missions such as bombing enemy equipment and fortifications, shooting down their fighters or destroying their bombers. You’ll also be able to team up with a friend in Wing Mode or battle up to seven other players in Dogfight Mode.
