TGS Future Division Award winners announced, Vanquish and GT5 amongst them
To properly put Tokyo Game Show 2010 to bed, the organisers of the event, CESA, held the Future Division Awards ceremony to recognize the top ten videogames to be released in the next year.
The award winners are voted on by Tokyo Game Show attendees over the first three days of the event. This year there were 183 titles to choose from, but only ten could be voted as the best games of the next 12 months.
In no particular order, the ten chosen games were:
- Idolmaster 2 (Namco Bandai, X360)
- Vanquish (Sega, PS3/X360)
- El Shaddai (Ignition, PS3/X360)
- Gran Turismo 5 (SCE, PS3)
- DanceEvolution (Konami, X360)
- Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy (Square Enix, PSP)
- Ni no Kuni (Level-5, DS)
- Final Fantasy XIV (Square Enix, PC/PS3)
- Monster Hunter Portable 3rd (Capcom, PSP)
- Yakuza: Of the End (Sega, PS3)
