‘Tis a good day for Bioware fans indeed, as the latest cover of videogame magazine Game Informer has revealed the official existence of the developer’s Dragon Age: Origins follow-up, Dragon Age 2.
After a bit of a flurry of hints and hidden mentions, Dragon Age 2 is now as official as can be without EA proper announcing the title (which is expected soon enough), with the reveal of Game Informer’s August cover feature non other than the sequel to 2009’s excellent fantasy RPG.
Game Informer says that Dragon Age 2 is set to feature “a new hero, a different part of the world, and a ton of surprising improvements that will shed even more light on the lore of the Dragon Age universe.”
Check out Game Informer’s August issue cover below, and look forward to new details and information on Dragon Age 2 soon!
