[Update] According to a Twitter tweet made last month by Infinity Ward’s Robert Bowling, PS3 and PC users in the US will also be able to access the Resurgence Pack today, July 6th, both through Steam and through the PlayStation Store when it updates in a few hours. [End of Update]
Activision has just announced that the second set of multiplayer maps for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, the Resurgence Pack, is now available for purchase and download on the PC in the UK.
Resurgence will be available in the region on the PS3 tomorrow, July 7th, and will cost £10.99 from the PlayStation Store.
You’ll be able to get the new downloadable content for the PC from Steam.
Resurgence Pack for Modern Warfare 2 features five new multiplayer maps. Two of the maps will be returning favourites from the original Modern Warfare (namely ‘Vacant’ and ‘Strike’), while three new maps (‘Trailer Park,’ ‘Carnival’ and ‘Fuel’) will make up the remaining five maps in the pack.
You can see the new maps of Resurgence Pack in screenshots as well as a mighty collection of in-game footage.
