The question has long lingered on the lips of philosophers, historians, archaeologists, palaeontologists, hairdressers and chiropodists, and has stumped and stymied even the greatest minds that these varied but connected areas of study have to offer.
Mathematicians and scientists are no help either. The question is simple:
“What is Project Icarus?”
Don’t think about the question for too long, though, because you’ll sooner go insane than discover the truth.
Come August 11th, however, Irrational Games may just provide the answer to the question, sending us all into raving fits of lunacy.
Project Icarus is the reported codename for Irrational’s (Bioshock) next title, set to be revealed (or, hopefully set to be revealed) on August 11th in New York City at a special event.
Now, a teaser website has been unveiled for what we hope is the project in question. The URL for the website is registered to Take-Two/Rockstar, so at least we’re on the right track (Take-Two/2K Games owns Irrational Games).
As is the modus operandi for these teaser websites, we can expect more and more information to appear on the page over time, leading up to the full reveal next month.
Then, we will finally know the truth.
