[Update] Added first trailer for Golems of Amgarrak, as well as the release date. [End of Update]

Bioware has announced the name of the next piece of downloadable content (DLC) for the studio’s Dragon Age: Origins RPG, while releasing further details and a solitary screenshots to further explain the content.

Set to be available on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 for $5, Golems of Amgarrak is a new adventure for Dragon Age that will task players with venturing deep underground in search of a missing dwarven expedition, which set out to find “ancient secrets for creating monstrous constructs.”

With Golems of Amgarrak, players will trek through new environments, as well as “meet new characters and defeat never before seen creatures,” while engaging in “an engrossing new storyline and challenging puzzles.”

Here’s a list of features for Golems of Amgarrak:

• Import your character from Origins or Awakening or create a new, high-level hero!
• Face an all-new terrifying creature
• Earn powerful rewards that transfer into your Awakening and Origins campaign
• An advanced challenge for even the most experienced adventurers

This new DLC will become available on August 10th.
