Following the release of similar sales lists compiled for the US and Japan, we now know the top ten best-selling games in the UK for the first six months of 2010.
In a list compiled by videogame trade website and magazine MCV, Ubisoft’s Just Dance emerges as the clear victor in terms of raw unit sales, but when you start taking the relative time of availability into consideration, Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption looks to be the more powerful competitor…
… then again, Just Dance is only available on one platform (the Wii) and released in late 2009, meaning it’s got the potential of a much longer sales tail than Red Dead Redemption…
In any event, the full top ten list of best-selling games in the UK for the first six months of 2010 is as follows, including the revelation that Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is currently outselling Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 in the region:
