Telltale Games has announced that Episode 4 of Sam & Max: The Devil’s Playhouse will be available this coming Tuesday, the 20th of July, and that it features clones!

Titled ‘Beyond the Alley of the Dolls,’ Episode 4 is the last episode before the season finale and sees the “forces that have been pulling the Freelance Police’s strings begin revealing themselves.” It also promises to be a “tale that will change the way you look at Sam & Max forever!”

Here’s a little bit more about what you can expect from Episode 4, straight from the developer’s lips to your ears: “An onslaught of oversized canine clones akin to a zombie apocalypse has our heroes running for cover in a barricaded ramshackle diner as the game kicks off. And it gets even stranger from there.”

“Find out who can possibly be responsible for this march of flabby dog flesh. Is it the creepy old sorcerer? The creepier space ape? The even creepier diner owner? Or some other creep?”

Beyond the Alley of the Dolls will be available for the PC, Mac and on the PlayStation Network in the US on the 20th of July. The game will become available for Europe when the European PlayStation Store is updated on Wednesday.
