Square Enix is giving eager Xbox 360 gamers the chance to gain early access to a console-exclusive demo for the publisher’s upcoming (and highly unique) action shooter, Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days.
The demo will become available on July 1st to those dedicated enough to visit the game’s official YouTube destination and become a friend of the page - after you follow Kane & Lynch 2 on YouTube, you’ll then have a chance of earning a special redemption Token (said to be limited in number), which in turn will be used to access the demo opening up next month.
The demo will include looks at Kane & Lynch 2’s Campaign, Arcade and “innovative” multiplayer modes.
According to VG247, Square Enix has since revealed that announcements regarding demos for the PC and PS3 versions of the game will arrive at a later date.
Is a demo for Kane & Lynch 2 worth all of the rigmarole? Look through El33tonline’s previous coverage of the game to find out for yourself (Hint: Yes, it’s worth it).
