Super Mario Galaxy 2 climbs back to the top of the Japanese Software Chart, claiming first place with 53 000 copies. Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective for the DS debuts at number 2 with 24 000 copies while Art Academy for the DS is new at number 3 with 21 000 copies.

Xenoblade for the Wii drops to number 4 with 21 000 copies after debuting in the top spot last week with 83 000 copies. Grand Theft Auto IV: Episodes from Liberty City for the PS3 drops two places to number 5 with 21 000 copies after its debut at number 3 last week with 64 000 copies.

Tamagotchi no Pichi Pichi Omisecchi for the DS is this week’s third new entry, selling 17 000 copies to earn sixth place. Meanwhile World Soccer Winning Eleven 2010: Blue Samurai Chellenge for the PS3 climbs one place to number 7 with 16 000 copies and the PSP version charges into the Top 10 at number 9, up from last week’s number 17 with 13 000 copies.

Friend Collection for the DS also moves up one place to number 8 with 14 000 copies and Hakuoki: Junsouroku for the PS3 is this week’s final new entry, new at number 10 with 13 000 copies.

Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 2 falls out of the Top 10 this week, down from last week’s fifth to number 11. Fairy Tail: Portable Guild also loses this week, falling to number 12, while New Super Mario Bros. Wii drops four places to number 14. Just Cause 2 for the PS3 plummets from last week’s debut at number 6 to number 22. Trauma Team for the Wii is new at number 19.
