Remedy’s Head of Franchise Development, Oskari Hakkinen, has confirmed pricing details to videogame consumer site Joystiq for next month’s Alan Wake downloadable content, ‘The Signal.’
The DLC for Remedy’s psychological action thriller will be available for 560 MS Points for gamers who either rent the game or have bought it second-hand. For anyone who bought an original copy of Alan Wake, however, you’ll get The Signal for free.
Either way, players of the new DLC, which releases on July 27th, will be treated to an additional 90 minutes of gameplay, and if you’re aching to know what happens next in the adventures of Alan Wake, you won’t be disappointed.
A second set of DLC, entitled ‘The Writer,’ will also become available later this year to more fully flesh out Alan Wake’s transitory story, and will also be available for 560 MS Points on release (no freebies this time, I’m afraid).
