A new horror-themed action game called NeverDead was recently unveiled at Konami’s E3 2010 press event, currently in development at Rebellion (Aliens VS Predator) for the Xbox 360 and PS3.
NeverDead is a third-person shooter starring an immortal protagonist fighting against a plague of demons. This hero is able to have his limbs (and even head) severed clean off, only to reattach them and continue the fight using his powers of regeneration.

The game, set in a near-future city and universe, but with flourishes of fantasy and horror, will see players battling against supernatural foes with a sword inspired by the shape of a butterfly, as well as a selection of guns.
