Yesterday we found out that a demo for Microsoft and Ruffian’s upcoming open-world superhero action adventure game, Crackdown 2, would be landing on Xbox Live on the 21st of June. Since then the publisher has released a batch of new screenshots for the game, showing off explosions, shoot-outs and helicopters…oh and there’s also a bit of car-throwing action thrown in for good measure.

Crackdown 2 will be released across North America on the 6th of July, with Europe following on the 9th of July and Asia, Australia and New Zealand on the 8th of July. You can browse through our previous coverage for videos, information and more screenshots from the game.
