505 Games has popped a demo for American football game Backbreaker on Xbox LIVE. PS3 owners will have to wait a little while for the demo, which apparently will be available soon.
The demo will give players the chance to choose from one of six teams to play in exhibition mode, testing their mettle on the gridiron under different weather conditions in the San Francisco stadium. You’ll also be able to hone your running, passing, kicking and tackling skills in the training camp mode. Of course you can also download the Tackle Alley mini-game for the iPhone and iPad to get into the groove.
Backbreaker will be available exclusively at GAME stores on the 25th of June for the PS3 and Xbox 360. It’s the first sports video game to feature NaturalMotion’s Euphoria engine and promises to offer “realistic, physics-based motion, crisp high-definition graphics and a camera angle that follows the perspective of the player.”
