In what is fast becoming daily news, it’s being reported that an additional two Infinity Ward employees are leaving the studio to seek employment elsewhere.
Lead animator Mark Grigsby, who has spent over five years at Infinity Ward, and lead character animator Paul Messerly, who was with Infinity Ward since its inception in 2002, have both confirmed their planned departures this month.
This means that Infinity Ward is now thirteen employees lighter since studio heads Vince Zampella and Jason West were forcibly removed from the company at the beginning of March, followed by departures by key personnel at the developer over the last two weeks.
These departures also coincide with the announcement of a new studio formed by Zampella and West called Respawn Entertainment, which is actively hiring new recruits.
