I’m not even going to say it. I’m not even going to try to engage you in ‘witty’ banter, and point out that, once again, we’re trying to compare the graphical fidelity of a single game across multiple platforms, and suss out which of the consoles is ‘superior’ based on such skin-deep perceptions.
Oh, I guess I just did…
Watch the Final Fantasy XIII graphics comparison video below, where you’ll be able to see the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game going head-to-head in selected scenes, and try to spot the differences between the two. Get out your microscopes:

Comments:
I would honestly have to say they both looked equally good. There were some parts where I thought it looked better on ps3 and some where I thought it looked better on the 360. But despite what you have enjoy the game it looks great.
Truth!
I'd read reports that the Xbox 360 version was woefully underpar, and this and that, but from the video (in SD and HD), I could hardly tell a lick of difference, and if you're actually playing the game, there's no way you're going to be able to notice any fine discrepancies anyway!
Both fine, fine looking versions.
PS4LIFE!!!! [Edited]
The only thing superior between these two consoles is the disc medium. BluDiscs can hold about 50GB compared to the 360s 6GB discs. Other than that, the hardware come out to be about equal. It's the processing power of the PS3 with a poor graphics card vs the 360's ATi graphics card with lesser processing... which is why it is about equal.
PS3 version looks more vibrant but there is very little difference in the quality of the two. I think the fact that the xbox version requires 3 disc make it a no buy. However, what's more important is the difference during actual gameplay, rather than just cutscenes.
I have the 360 version, and have never played the PS3 version. The cutscenes, while nice, look a bit blocky at times, but that's about it. If you've ever seen a compressed video before, you probably know what I'm talking about. From what I understand, this is probably the main difference between the PS3 and 360 versions, graphically, but since I've never seen the PS3 version, I can't be sure.
The xbox is compressed onto a dvd format and the ps3 is a blu-ray format..... you can't just pick different cut scene and make it seem like the look the same... you need a good computer to tell the different... you and your bias review... i can tell you're a xbox lover
