The Media Create software chart is awash with new entries this week, with no fewer than four titles debuting in the Top 10 and even more lower down the chart.

Kenka Bancho 4: Ichinen Sensou for the PSP is new at number 1 with 71 000 copies while Super Robot Wars OG: Saga Endless Frontier Exceed for the DS debuts at number 2 with 65 000 copies.

Last week’s number 1, Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition for the PS3, drops to third place with 48 000 copies and New Super Mario Bros. Wii moves down to fourth with 45 000 copies. God Eater for the PSP slips three places to number 5 with 45 000 copies.

Hot Shots Tennis Portable for the PSP debuts at number 6 with 45 000 copies while Shiren the Wanderer 4 for the DS enters the charts at number 7 with 41 000 copies. Friend Collection and Wii Fit Plus keep up the pace at numbers 8 and 9 with 33 000 and 30 000 copies respectively, both moving down from last week’s fifth and seventh positions. Meanwhile Dragon Quest IV: Realms of Reviere for the DS plummets six places to number 10 with 26 000 copies.

Numbers 11 to 17 are all occupied by new entries this week, most notable among them is Demon’s Souls for the PS3 at 12 and Borderlands for the Xbox 360 at 13. Star Ocean: The Last Hope for the PS3 drops to number 22 (last week’s number 9) while Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s World Championship 2010: Reverse of Arcadia slips to number 28 (last week’s number 8).
