Square Enix has announced that Batman: Arkham Asylum will be getting the Game of The Year treatment this month.
The Game of the Year Edition will be available across Europe and other PAL territories for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC on the 26th of March, complete with six extra challenge maps (previously released as Downloadable Content Challenge Maps), as well as the option to play the game in 3D (compatible with standard and HD TVs).
The new edition will support TrivOviz 3D on both the PS3 and Xbox 360, a “patented 3D process which adds depth to the game, visible to players wearing the included 3D glasses” that promises to deliver a more immersive gaming experience.
