Halo developer Bungie has updated its Twitter account with the above image, claiming that ‘something big’ may be coming along this week.

From the update:

“Just got this mysterious image and word that something big is dropping this week?!”

Whatever could this ‘something big’ be? The image shows something very Master Chief-like indeed, and either CG, live-action or plastic/model in nature.

It can’t be an April Fool’s joke, could it? Things haven’t got so bad that developers have started teasing their April Fool’s shenanigans, have they? Have they?!

Although I wouldn’t put it past Bungie, they of legendary humour. Let’s watch.
