Nintendo has finally gone and done ‘The Right Thing’ and released a gameplay trailer for its upcoming action adventure game, Metroid: Other M, featuring real live gameplay captured from the title to show us what it’s all about, instead of CG scenes filled with exposition.
To hammer the point home, the video also has inserts showing how certain parts of the game will control, as you’ll either be required to use the WiiMote in the classic NES position, turned on its side, in specific situations (basic run and gun gameplay) or as a pointer (during first-person shooting and scanning for puzzles).

Metroid: Other M releases on the Wii in North America on June 27th, and around the rest of the world later this year.
