[Update] The US PlayStation Network has not yet been updated with this week’s new content, and as a result, the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 demo announced to be available today is not yet accessible.

DICE and EA have announced that a demo for Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is now available on the North American PlayStation Network. The demo is already available to Xbox 360 and PC gamers around the globe but hurry because it ends on the 25th of February.
The demo for the game features Port Valdez, a new map focused on vehicles where up to 24 players can compete against each other in the Rush multiplayer mode. Players will have access to five land and three air vehicles (including Main Battle Tanks, Quad Bikes and Mobile Armoured AA and can look forward to infantry combat alongside the waterline.
Battlefield: Bad Company 2 will be available for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC on the 2nd of March in North America and on the 4th of March in Europe.

This demo announcement is based on a press release from EA. It must be that the US PSN has not been udpated yet. Be patient - EA have not announced that the demo has been delayed.

it is out on the uk store but it's a shame it's 1 of the most dissapointing demo's i've played. the shooting mechanics are terrible and the destructable environments are an inconsistant joke. what a dissapointment, i was really looking forward to this game

whats with all these games getting MP only demos? dont AVP and BF BC2 have SP modes? i was relying on the demos for both to judge if their worth buying or not, especially AVP after rebellions last travesty! thanks rebellion and DICE you just made my decision and my wallet allot happier!
