Capcom recently revealed a whole host of new information and details regarding the North American release of its upcoming Monster Hunter Tri, including the launch date, pre-order incentives, demo access and online multiplayer accessibility, all wrapped up in a batch of new screenshots
First of all, Monster Hunter Tri will be releasing in North America on April 20th, alongside the launch of the new Classic Controller Pro, while limited quantities of the game will be bundled with the new controller for the suggested retail price of $59.99 (the standalone game will be $49.99).
Capcom also plans to allow Monster Hunter Tri players to access the online multiplayer functionality at no additional cost, while communicating online with other players will be assisted with the integration of Nintendo’s Wii Speak hands-free microphone.
As for pre-order incentives, if you pre-order the game at GameStop, you’ll get early access to the Monster Hunter Tri demo, as well as gain a 500 Monster Hunter Tri Points Card which will come in handy when buying content at the Wii Shop or Nintendo DSi Shop Channels.
