Uncharted 2 sells 3.5 million worldwide, one of Naughty Dog's 'top dogs' recognised

The PlayStation 3’s wunderkind, Uncharted 2, has managed to sell 3.5 million copies around the world, becoming the fastest selling first-party PlayStation title in the process.

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Box ArtNot only that, but Uncharted 2 was recently nominated for 10 GAME British Academy Video Games Awards, cleaned up at the 13th annual Interactive Achievement Awards, has received over 150 industry awards and has over 1.5 million online users worldwide.

All of these exciting statistics come courtesy of a post on the US PlayStation Blog, where VP of Product Development at SCEA, Scott Rohde, talks about the wonderful achievements of one of Naughty Dog’s ‘top dogs,’ Christophe Balestra, who has worked his way up in the games industry from programmer to co-president of a world-leading company, all in the spirit of Sony’s “make.believe” campaign.

Rohde then goes on to share a slick and inspiring video featuring Balestra, which you can watch below:
