Developers Lionhead have today treated us to a clutch of fresh new screenshots from the studio’s upcoming RPG epic, Fable III, all of which show some stunning overall detail and dramatic graphics technologies that really add to the scenes.
Also releasing today is the very first developer diary for Fable III, which not only features some of the developers speaking about the game’s development process, but also allows you to bear witness to some of the first extremely impressive in-game footage.
You can find all of that below:
Fable III takes place fifty years after the events of the original Fable, and in the story, the world is currently experiencing the industrial revolution, as players lead a revolution of their own to overthrow the current leaders of Albion to become King or Queen of the kingdom, taking on all of the moral burdens that accompany such a position.
As ever in a Fable game, your moral decisions and your actions will have an affect on your appearance, as well as the appearance of your canine companion and your equipment this time around, while the developers aim to make you feel truly powerful, and have a real effect on the world.
Fable III was recently granted a release window of ‘Holiday’ this year, while the developer’s head honcho, Peter Molyneux, finally revealed the feature he was convinced would upset the fans so much.
