Next year, Capcom will be gracing the Nintendo 3DS with no less than two Resident Evil titles, both of which will attempt to take full advantage of Nintendo’s stereo 3D handheld.
Just to remind us that these games are still on the way, Capcom has released a massive batch of new screenshots and artwork for both titles, all of which you can peep below:
Resident Evil Mercenaries 3D is an action game that stars Chris Redfield, HUNK, Krauser and Claire Redfield, with action similar to the Mercenaries modes found in previous Resident Evil games, except this time you’ll be able to run while shooting, aim through the first-person view, and make use of touch screen functionality (while including cooperative play).
Resident Evil Revelations, however, sees Jill Valentine and Chris aboard a spooky, stranded cruise liner while investigating a new threat to humanity. From the released screenshots and the debut trailer, it looks like we’re getting back to some classic Resident Evil action as Jill and Chris creep through dark, dank environments, both while at sea and on land.
Look out for both of these fantastic looking Resident Evil games on Nintendo 3DS next year!
