Were you expecting to ‘cut and take’ in 2011 with Kojima Productions’ next Metal Gear action game, Metal Gear Solid: Rising?
According to a report on Kotaku, you’ll have to wait until 2012 to slash robots in half with an impossibly sharp sword, and snatch out their delicious energy-soaked innards.
Kotaku is saying that they’ve been told Metal Gear Solid: Rising will only see the fluorescent retail light of day in 2012, following expectations and release window announcements of early 2011.
Until this report can be verified through official channels, why not have a look through El33tonline’s previous coverage of Metal Gear Solid: Rising, which features at least one batch of amazing screenshots, and at least one jaw-dropping debut trailer showing off the title’s fantastic environment slicing abilities.
