Ever since the game was announced earlier this year, with bunches of amazing new features revealed to allow for an explosion of creativity, LittleBigPlanet 2 has seemingly become more and more insane thanks to the release of a Media Molecule’s video features showcasing the developer’s brilliant-looking title.
This time, the studio would like you to see something called ‘The Creatinator,’ a tool used to create (…) and shoot any objects of your creation (or included with the game) out into the game world in order to solve puzzles, and perform other neat tricks.
Here’s a better explanation from the European PlayStation Blog:
“The Creatinator is a handy new power-up that lets you launch all kinds of useful objects – from water to fight fires to supercharged rockets. And that’s just for starters – once you start tinkering in Create mode, the possibilities really open up.
“Just imagine a gadget that lets you launch streams of giant flaming cows to demolish walls – I’m sure that’s something lots of you have been waiting to see for a long time…”
I’ve waited my entire life. And now, with LittleBigPlanet 2, I’ll be able to do it!
