Now that the North American edition of Atari’s Test Drive Unlimited 2 has received a solid release date, the company has announced the day that gamers in Europe and the UK will be able to get their hands on the open-world racing title, while detailing some of the pre-order incentives that we’ll have access to.
February 11th is that day, and you’ll be able to pick up Test Drive Unlimited 2 on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 or PC. If this is what you decide to do, you can pre-purchase the game and be eligible for a few different rewards for buying it early.
If you pre-order Test Drive Unlimited 2 from Game.co.uk, Amazon.co.uk, HMV.co.uk, Play.com, Asda.co.uk, blockbuster.co.uk or gamestation.co.uk will be able to claim a free downloadable content pack called Casino.
Set to be priced at 800 MS Points/ £6/ €8, the Casino DLC will allow players to “fly directly into the casino where they can level-up their character, win in-game currency and exclusive items, even an Audi R8 Spyder 5.2 FSI Quattro and a Spyker C8 Aileron Spyder, unavailable anywhere else in the game.”
In addition, pre-ordering the game from Game will net you an in-game car in the form of the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Supersport, pre-purchasing at HMV will let you gain access to the Audi RS 5 Coupe exclusively from ASDA and the Ferrari 612 Sessanta, Play.com is offering the Aston Martin V12 Vantage Carbon Black if you buy the game early, and Gamestation has the Aston Martin DBS Carbon Black.
If any of these offers interest you, be sure to pre-order Test Drive Unlimited 2 before February 11th at one of the mentioned participating retailers.
